If upgrade to iPad 3 what happens to my 3G plan??

If I sell my iPad 2 via eBay or some such, I can just wipe it an be ok?

When I get new one can I continue my account or will I have to make a new one? I have the 2GB @ $25 would I lose that and have to get the $30 plan? ( I need more data than the $14.99 plan gives)

In the US at least you are usually given the option of remaining with whatever data plan you currently have.

When I upgraded from iPad 1 to 2, all I had to do was pop out the SIM card from 1 and put it into 2. I assume the same will work when going from 2 to 3.
