If we can see with our mind (dreaming) then what haven't we discovered yet?

I can fly in my dreams too.

In other news, Melrose died because he jumped off a roof and discovered he really wasn't Neo.

I haven't figured out how to have sex with Mila Kunis or Eva Mendez. Why can I do this in my dreams, but not in real life? /sarcasm

I get what the OP is saying, too. If we can imagine anything, what hadn't we imagined/"discovered" yet?

That does require a certain green substance to assist in answering, however. And to ask the question in the first place.

Unfortunately I don't peruse the green substance, so I won't be much help here. :)

The How? is always the difficult bit. I can imagine being able to teleport to Mars, but have no idea how to achieve it. That's where the discovery comes in.

HUH?

No joke, I'm kind of a believer in this philosophy. When I was about 7-8, I had a dream about a kid passing away on a ride at Kings Dominion in Virginia. 1 week later, a teenager died on the ride I dreamt about. The "Shockwave" for those local to the area.

Didn't think much of it then, but shortly after I had a dream about a river, knife and hispanic girl. Hard to explain the context of the dream.

Come to find out there was a murder at the river I dreamt about, with a knife, and a hispanic girl, that was killed by a guy involved with a hispanic gang local to this area...a week after that dream.

Those were the only two weird instances, but I get these little premonitions all the time in my dreams. I wish they would stop.
