iPhone if you are running a beta - Here's how to Upgrade/Restore

So many answers buried in threads here, thought I'd summarize

1. Back your current phone
2. On new phone, do basic setup steps. Just enough to get it running.
3. Find the latest beta profile (NOT IPSW) * I downloaded on my Mac and used AirDrop to get one new phone
4. On new phone, install profile, reboot and then "check for update"
5. Allow the phone to upgrade to the latest beta
6. Erase new phone
7. Restore from the backup in step 1, could be iCloud or Mac/PC... I used Mac to restore encrypted with all passwords

8. Enjoy your new phone
