Hello.. If you click "Stop" in the middle of a file "Move", does that corrupt the data? As in, does the data get "split" or "cut off"?

thanks!

When you move a file to another place on the same drive it changes the file location path without touching the actual data.

When you move a file to another drive it copies the data and deletes the original after it's done (but if you click "Stop" it will leave the original untouched).

So the chances of harming a file by clicking "Stop" are very slim.
