iPhone Mini ..

...and even better, iPhone Classic, which would be a 4" screen class device in physical size, with more screen and less bezel than it used to have, particularly if eschewing the Home button.

I'm going to cheat a bit here.

Aperture - I have never used this for I am a late macOS user

iPhone 13 mini with a high density battery capacity but with the camera layout of iPhone 16 and iPhone 17

iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max with a high density battery capacity with cameras from iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max

Am I the only one who prefers the rounded edges last seen in a flagship iPhone from 2019? I'm okay with below 6" display to have flat edges.

iPhone 5

Obviously updated with as much modern tech as possible, and I would allow a small camera bump, but otherwise the exact same form factor.

Also in conjunction, I'd wish for Apple to make a slim camera module that could be kept unobtrusively in a (different) pocket and could instantly attach to the iPhone (possibly by a stronger and data transferring form of MagSafe) for additional camera functionality.

Airport router is my top wish from Apple these days and has been ever since they stopped making them. So much of what Apple does these days relies on the availability of a strong internet connection, often with the only or primary connection being via WiFi (e.g. iPads, iPhones, Vision Pro). My Vision Pro relies solely on WiFi and, while my USB-C equipped iPads can technically connect via Ethernet, that would defeat the purpose of having a tablet rather than a desktop computer.
