If you get the mobile share plan on AT&T can you tether?

I read here that it's on by default is this true? So if you have mobile share plan you can tether to say an iPad and they won't charge you extra for using the hotspot feat?

Yes. One of the great reasons to get the plan. I have tethered to two ipads and two computers, no problem.
