for me the bumper. i've had it since launch with no scratches or anything. i've even dropped it a few times on the street

curious to hear more. maybe i'll change my mind. i kinda want a screen protector, but would be screwed if i dropped it

idk i figured if i went this long and my phone is still in brand new condition why deal with paying for a screen protector and having to deal with the possibility that i may not like it

since you have made a thread asking? ... when you do eventually scratch the screen ... your eyes will always focus on that scratch ... forever :apple:

PowerSupport HD for the screen and top / a simple aCase for the rest.

The PS line is excellent, but a Zagg combo of a frog case and screen at 2x the price works well also.

A Trojan. Oh, not that type of protection? Well... Then a Magpul Field Exec case, it's frigging awesome. Oh, and no screen protector, the screen feels smoother than a baby's bum, why put something over it? Though I am /this/ tempted to buy a Glas.t.

If you rock your iPhone naked, as I'm doing currently, then you would need a screen protector to minimize the scratches.

If I had to choose just one thing, it would be the Magpul field case. I have a lot of cases and always find myself going back to this one. It is phenomenal.

For the iPhone 4S definitely the Magpul line, Field or Exec Field. Exec type is my favorite for slimness and style, and protection. At $9.95 it is better than any of those below.

I've had:

Apple Bumper
Incipio NGP Mercury Grey
Acase Superleggera diablo, (many colors)
PIM slice3
Incase, snap on
HOCO leather, snap on kind.
Switcheasy Vulcan
Sena, UltraSlim(Still use if going naked)
Morphie Juice Pack Air (still use of course)
Incipio DermaShot for 3G/S
Krusell for 3G and 4
Seidio Surface for 3G

Currently no screen protectors. Have had Power Support Crystal Clear and Anti -glare. Prefer Crystal, but needs constant cleaning.

Don't see any scratches, it's chemically treated to be super scratch resistant. Then again, I put it in a pocket with no other things inside.

(No i'm not saying it's scratch free, just saying you can't see them)

If you're asking about something then obviously you're curious about it. You can poll all you want but you'd still have to try it first hand to evaluate if for yourself.
