If you have a manual fan control app, can you try this?

Hi,

recently I've been worrying a bit about my Mac mini 2018 running over 90c whenever I use anything graphics intensive. I have an app that lets me set the fan speed manually, but when I set it at the "medium" setting, the fans run for 2 seconds, then stop briefly, then run 2 seconds again. This is unbearable for me. At the highest fan speed this doesn't happen.

Can anybody with a fan control app please try this and report if their fans behave similarly?
