I stumbled across btop (the ultimate terminal monitor) the other day and installed it on my M1 Max Studio using these macos instructions.

Is this on MacOS? Why not just use Activity Monitor?
you don't get the same amount of nerdy coolness :)
Tbh, I do like btop, I use Ghostty and that allows me to leverage the terminal apps a lot more, along with using homebrew. I feel it extends the power of unix apart from what apple gives.

You're right though the activity monitor does the exact same thing

It is a least common denominator tool for me as I use it on macOS and Linux.
