A question to the many many people who paid to have their UDID registered to try IOS5, are you concerned apple will shut down your device?

I ask this because I read an article recently that said Apple were clamping down and deactivating them leaving you with a phone that does very little.

Has this happened to anyone yet? If so can the device be recovered once this happens?

DISCUSS!

Nothing to see here. Move along. Ignore my post. I'm not trying to cause trouble.

How much do people charge to register a UDID as a dev?

I know it's a touchy subject with people throwing fits about non-devs and betas. It was funny to hear people whine about bugs in betas. But I totally understand people wanting to give it a try though. Just curious how much they were going for.

No idea and its probably something that should not be discussed on here as it will get the topic banned.

The only reason i ask is because Ive not heard of this actually happening to anyone so far. Some assumed it had but it was just the earlier beta's expiring.

I never did see a follow up to those stories. I think it was just the first couple of Betas expiring.
Either way it's a chance you take if you are doing something like that.
