If you pre-order for delivery, will it arrive on October 14th?

For people who have pre-ordered in the past...do you remember if you received it on launch day?

I'm actually going out of town on Saturday and won't be back until Tuesday so I'd like to have the phone with me if possible. Maybe I'll try the store route?

Additionally...any word on if Best Buy will be carrying them on launch day?

I have spoke with APPLE and AT&T over the phone. If you pre-order tonight, you WILL get the phone on the 14th. I was wondering this exact question.

Some people on this website got their iPhone 4 a day early ahead of launch when they pre-ordered last year! FYI.

Not sure about Best Buy, you would have to call. I might try and just go early Friday morning to an APPLE or AT&T store...very early.

I ordered my iPhone 4 from at&t and was lucky to get my order in within the first 6 hours online. I got it one day before launch day...

I think best buy also carried it one the first day
