Where people are looking at every millimeter of their phone under a microscope, trying to find the smallest issue to gripe about, just wait until the watch is released.

It'll be a bloodbath.

Quality control will likely be higher on at least the standard and Edition models given the smaller size.

...also if you sell under 100,000 units it is much easer to fly under the radar (Moto, Samsung, ...). With Apple you will have millions and even a tiny percentage adds up to a large absolute number of problems.

Look at the bending 6 plus. Probably 6 million in the wild and 10 complaints = a big story.

Why wait until the release? There's many judge, jury and executioners on here.

They are likely to have more issues with function than design. Those who have seen/worn it in person are overall much more impressed than the MacRumors readers who have only seen images and videos. I think the attention to detail and the physical refinement of the devise may be more compelling than the function at this time, however as time and generations progress, function will end up being the selling feature.
