I have an upgrade available but when I checked.
They took out the 2 year contract plan.
What will happen to my credit score if I do the monthly payments deal ?
It's a upgrade but I am worried.

Consumer credit accounts are not a big plus on credit records unless you have little to no credit.
Could you explain more on how that works? And I did a contract extension what I am only worried about is credit score being lowered by an inquary.

I believe the only hard or soft pull is when you first sign up for service. Once you are a customer in good standing I don't believe any pulls are done if you stay with your carrier and switch plans, upgrade your device, etc.

Verizon doesn’t re-pull for upgrades as far as I know. I’ve never experienced it. They are quick to let me know when I am upgrade eligible and have never given me a problem if I wanted to upgrade, add a line, or purchase another device.

If things look weird through the app regarding my eligibility, plan, or payment options, I generally call in to get clarification.
