For me, it would be a better camera. Yeah i know, it is just a cell phone. But i still would like have a good camera if i needed to use it and i didn't have my good camera with me.

Seriously... I would probably go with OTA music downloads (to solidify the iTunes sales aspect of the strategy) or possibly even streaming movie download / rental. If I were Steve Jobs I would look to the things that make the iPhone a great media / software sales platform.
