No it doesn't. You don't know anything about ELPIDA RAM. You're just going by internet rumor on what A means. You can look at the entire ELPIDA catalog and there's nothing like this chip.

Backup: there are two of the exact same chip on the logic board.
 
Interesting. When the logic board photos were leaked, most people thought the memory chip had an A on it, which would indicate a 2GB part. As it turns out, the chip has an 8 on it, which indicates a 1GB part. Thing is... They included two of them. If you look closely at the original leaked photos, there are two memory chips on it, too.
