If your on vacation in another country can you still pre order 8,X etc?

I will be in Taiwan Oct 21-30. If I have wifi etc. on my ipad or iPhone will I be able to order 12am Pacific time from Taiwan on Oct 27 or will Apple see the IP address etc and realize I'm in Asia and block me from ordering?

You should be able to go to the US Apple Store. As long as you are using a US CC should be good to go. If you are concerned then get a VPN subscription before go.

Thanks, Yes I buy stuff from the Apple store app all the time and have all my address and CC information stored there. Anyone in the US ever used the Apple store to preorder while traveling in another country? I'm just concerned it will take me to the Taiwan Apple store
