Someone mentioned over on the AT&T support forums that the people who recieved the pen & paper treatment when the computers crashed on the 15th have order numbers that start with an X (mine is XC115...).
So, if you have an order that starts with an X did you have your preorder taken manually in the store and what is your order status? I haven't heard of anyone else in this situation having any sort of shipping information.
I ordered mine when the store opened at 10am cst on June 15th. My order status shows an order date of June 16th and it is still "in progress". I'm waiting on pins and needles to get any sort of information or update from AT&T.
