I preordered mine at 12:03am PST on April 10, and received it just a few weeks ago. It was well worth the wait.

What a touchy, feely thread. I'm definitely not as excited as I feel I'm being cheated of the early adopter experience with this late June delivery date.

I've always enjoyed having the first of a new product category and the attention that it gets. You get to be a mini-Steve Jobs and show it off to enthusiastic strangers, which is fun, because most of the time strangers are pretty cold to each other.

Having the first iPhone on launch day was a blast.

I'm seeing more and more watches in public, so I guess by the time the end of June rolls around, it will be old hat in the public consciousness.

I'll still be really excited when it shows up, though.

at this point if i were still waiting, i would be so disgusted! and i probably would have made a trip to LA to pick on up at maxfield.... i'm not a very patient person!

I think it's also because it's a luxury item so nothing that I must have to get through my day (iPhone itself is much more important of course).

iphone is definitely more important... it's more of an add on for now. but still I hate waiting especially 2 months wait
