I connected a logitech mouse and removed it from the bluetooth settings. I went to check the "mouse" settings and noticed it still shows the settings as if a mouse is connected when it's not. Is this normal? Btw i am running on macos Sierra beta.

I tested on a MacBookPro8,2 that no longer recognises its keyboard or trackpad; when I use that Mac, it's with an Apple keyboard and (at the time of writing) an Apple Pro Mouse.

With System Preferences open, I:
  1. typed Mouse
  2. disconnected the mouse
  3. keyed Return
– then the mouse pane of System Preferences said:

No mouse found
Searching…

– and when I reconnected the mouse, the pane showed tracking speed and double-click speed.
