Ifile and Mac questions

Ok I have some files that I wanna send from my MAC or my NAS to my Ipad without using the PC

How do i do It with Ifile or Terminal

I can<t seem to find a way to connect to a share folder

SHSH (free). Cydia has it on the first page, towards the bottom. Then use CyberDuck (free) on your Mac.
