General iFile BT file transfer

I'm trying together this to work.

I have BT enabled on my iPhone and iPad, but when I tap the BT icon it just searches and searches.

Is there something else I need to do?

I have exactly the same problem using it with the latest, official, purchased (non-cracked) iFile between both 8.1.1 and 8.1.1 and 8.1.

With BT enabled on both devices, iFile active on both, iFile would just quickly (for about 0.1s) show the other devices and, then, would remove them from the list and display "Searching for peers".

Had the same problem..what worked for me was to reboot both ios devices reopen ifile

Same for me between my iPad 4 and iPhone 5s, it just constantly searches.

Just tested: the same iFile version works just great between two iOS6 devices. That is, it's an iOS8-specific bug.
