So I just downloaded iFile so I could edit application data, etc., and I don't have an application folder. I was wondering how I do that? I have an iPhone 3GS that isn't jailbroken or anything like that. How do I add/locate the application folder in iFile (1.0.1)

Ifile in itunes is different from ifile in cydia.

You cannot edit application without jailbreaking and installing ifile from cydia.

The itunes version is only useful for pics, music, pdf's, etc

Thanks for clearing that up for me (and the OP).
