iFile, safari download manager and restore

Hi All,

I need some advice: So I've had my 3gs lying around for while now so I've decided to sell it to someone at work. I gave it to them to try out for the week after restoring it through itunes.

Now my question is: Do all of my downloads (through safari download manager) which i see through iFile stay where they are after the restore? Are those files on a partition that isn't touched by the restore??
