Quite surprised to see a number of differences between the Sport and SS versions. Not just the case and cover glass. The support brackets for the digital crown are different between these models, as is the encoder. There's different screws inside as well (gold screws in the SS). No idea why these differences exist, I can just speculate. The beefier crown bracket on the SS model really is interesting. More robust? More adjustable? Replaceable crowns? I've no idea.
