I dunno if anyone on here has been waiting, but iFlash Touch has finally been released.
iFlash is a pretty powerful little flash card app for OS X that I've been using for years now. It's saved my ass on countless occasions when cramming for tests, and it's simple to use.
The author had some issues with getting it approved, but after a month of waiting it's finally hit the App store:
http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewSoftware?id=313198123&mt=8
The app is free but it requires the desktop application to work (OS X only), which is free to trial for a certain amount of time and then $14 to buy. It syncs over wifi.
I don't normally recommend apps, but considering the amount of times iFlash for OS X has saved me and how nice in general it is to use, I figure I'd give the author some free advertising. If you're looking for a flashcard app I can't recommend it enough. If you've never used flashcards to cram before, I recommend you give it a try, it's also really useful for long term studying, I use it for both!
