Ignition and Logmein file transfer

I installed the new iPad update and really like the new File Transfer feature. So, I'm on the road and use Ignition to pull a FileMaker file from my desktop to my iPad. Then within Ignition, I use Open With to open the database file in FileMaker Go. After changing the file, it saves automatically but how can I get the file From FM to Ignition and back to my desktop? Any ideas. It works when I synch my iPad via iTunes but I would like to get the file back to the computer via the cloud. It seems to work one way but not the other!
