"Ignore ownership on this volume" disabled after reboot.

I have a problem with "Ignore ownership on this volume" under Big Sur on my Mac Mini M1

Every time i restart the Mac, the "Ignore ownership on this volume" will be disabled on "Flash Daten".

The disk is a Thunderbolt drive with 3 APFS Volumes
