Apologies if I'm being thick here, but what's happened to Apple Pay on Watch os3? Holding the side button now brings up the power off / SOS menu.

I googled it and couldn't find the answer...
 
It never was hold. It is and has always been double tap. Also holding always brought up Power. SOS and Medical have been added and Reserve has been moved.
