iPod touch Iheart radio

Have a 3rd gen touch and this application seems to randomly shut down anyone else with this issue I had this on a few other apps too is it the app or the iPod?

Iheartradio ticks me off. They took off Air-1 and K-Love off of TuneIn because they are now on there cruddy iheartradio app. I was able to find the link to listen to those stations again in TuneIn but the links might not work after a short period of time.
