iHone 6 Plus iTunes Sync

I am trying to sync my iPhone 6 plus to iTunes. Its not the first time syncing it and its worked every other time but this time it gets to step 5 "waiting for changes to be applied" and it just stays on there.

Any ideas whats up or hoe to fix it?
