Iipad 2 Exchange question

Hello

Fear Forum members i got my first iPad 2 9 days ago , i have off course screen bleeding .. So i just got a replacment (a New One) Today in the Shop but this iPad is worse than the First One .

Now i been back to the Shop an the gut told me He can Not give me a New One agIn i should go to icare Shop .

So now the question is will i get. New One or a refrubished ? The recipe is from the 02.07.2011

Sorry for the english faults i am in Thailand
