iiphone new nuisance "sign into itunes store"

New nuisance "sign into itunes store" is coming up quite a bit in last few days on iphone. I never have a need to go to the itunes store. Anyone know why I'm getting this and how to stop it? Thanks.

Mine did that for awhile and stopped all of a sudden on its own.
