OK I have An iPod Touch 4G With IOS5.1 But I go to setting General>Usage> but theirs is no battery but their is no battery usage setting please tell me thathow to turn it on here is a pic :mad:

What he means is that in the iPhone there is a battery usage monitor under the iPhone settings, It shows how long the battery has been used since the last charge. Unfortunately, this is feature is not contained in the iPod 4th G.

Or does the OP mean that there is not an option to show battery percentage, like on the iPhone?

Both seem to be the only two things the OP might mean. Unfortunately, neither are available on iPod Touch.
 
I'm sure a solution exists in Cydia somewhere...

I keep it percentage off on my iPhone. I find myself going a little OCD about keeping a full charge when the percent showing...
