macOS IKImageBrowserView Can't reorder?

Okay, I am stumped on this one, I can't reorder my IKImageBrowser View. Reorder is checked in IB, even hard coded it in also returns that it is allowable. I am able to drag into the view, but nothing in or out even.

Help is appreciated.

Just a guess, but I think reordering only means moving existing items around, not adding or removing items by dragging in and out of the view.
