i've never had any problems with iKlear, the way I do it is just do half of the screen at a time. Spray on the screen, take a microfiber cloth (this is important) and then wipe. After that, use a clean part of the cloth and buff away, using light pressure. The streaks should disappear. Almost like waxing a car...

if the streaks remain, repeat the cleaning procedure. Its probably just stubborn finger oil or some other contaminant. Or its just abrasions on the screen that are permanent.

Why not just use a dab of water on a microfiber cloth? Water gives me streak-free (the keyword being free) results all the time.

The MB manual doesn't lie ;)

You're just stopping too early. The streaks will go if you keep wiping/add a bit more spray and wipe more. Sounds like you have something a bit stubborn on there, always keep cleaning until it's streak free. Doesn't take long for me.
