ILibertyX and then Iliberty+

I ran a search for this, but couldn't find a specific answer. I bought a used Iphone (1.1.4) that was jailbroken and unlocked on ilibertyX. I don't have access to a MAC so need to use a PC. My question is can I use iliberty+ to activate a Go Phone Sim, or do I need to do something else?
