Is it possible to install the iLife 08 family pack on 5 computers that aren't connected? Do the computers have to connected/tethered in some way?

The only requirement is that the 5 computers be in the same household, used by members of the same household. They don't have to be connected to each other in any way, shape or form. (Note that this limitation is purely license-based, there are no technical measures to check up on your in iLife.)

One more reason to love Apple. No product activation, no BS... they know ppl are going to copy within their own household, so why not actually capture that revenue? I live in a house with 5 Macs, this makes total sense... it will only cost $199 to upgrade these 5 computers to Leopard (Ultimate Edition per Steve's keynote :D) ... can you imagine the cost of upgrading 5 PC's to Windows Vista?
