iLife 08 How can I install the bundled software on my MacBook

Hello,

I just bought a 24" iMac and it came with 2 installation disks and iLife 08 is included on these disks. How can I install iLife 08 on my MacBook from the installation disks. I was hopeing to be able to work on both my desktop and laptop as I have done in the past with the older version of iLife.

When I try to install the bundled software on my MacBook it says that the software can not be installed on this conputer.

Any suggestions?

buy iLife '08 retail. since you only have a license for it to be used on your iMac.

Unfortunately you don't have a licence to do that.

it looks to make sure you have the machine that the install disks were sold with, you could install it on a seperate 24" imac but nothing else
