Ok so amazon UK says 30th Jan

Amazon US says 20th Feb...

Has any ordered it and got anything different?

Thanks

Not to nag, but there are about 100 threads on this very subject in various categories so I will try to summarize:

Apple pre-orders show shipping February 2nd.
Amazon shows February 20th for their copies.
Other people have guessed January 20th based on an error update on the Apple site that has since been taken down.
Other dates have been guessed seemingly on random speculation.
;)

Ha thanks.

I did try having a look around and found it quite strange that I couldn't find any...

Thanks anyway!

The Gold Master (final version of the program) has only just been completed. And they just started printing the DVD out in factory yesterday or today...

We've pre-ordered already.

For me, it ships January 30 and arrives Feb 3. When Apple said shipping in January I didn't think it would be the last business day!

It sucks enough that apple charges $20 more for Canadians...

Indeed.
The Apple PR machine is slipping.

When they say it'll be available in January and most people get their hands on it in February, that's a negative experience.
If they were to say that it'd be available in early February, and most people get their hands on it in January, that's a positive experience.

Clumsy, Apple.
Clumsy.

i pre-ordered from Apple but then cancelled it a few days ago and ordered from Amazon instead... get free shipping .. saved £3.. credit crunch you know! :p

Back in the days of the real crash and resulting recession, my grandmother's family would move if the new house meant having an extra dollar or two per week (15 - 30 bucks adjusted for inflation etc.)
IIRC they moved four times (and they were far from the only ones).

That's the definition of troubled times.
This? This is nothing.
