ilife 09 movie preview problems

Hello,
I'm having a problem with ilife 08 and now ilife 09. I have noticed that once I imported my videos, some of them can be viewed in the even library screen and others I can't see unless I move the cursor along the clip. I'm not sure if there is a problem with the software, the mac or maybe a setting needs to be activated.

Is there any relation between the length of the clip and that behaviour?

It does not seem to be a relation with the lenght of the movie. I have movie clips of 2 minutes or less and some of them show on the event library view and other ones don't.

I have other folders that I have named and the videos in those folders are visible and in my new event folder I have two videos that can't be view unless I move the cursor along the movie clip.

Any other ideas?
