iLife 09 - new buyer

Hey all....
I just got iLife 09, yes, 09....I know I'm quite behind but still, my computer works so I'm happy....about to be happier I hope.

How do I go about installing my new stuff?? Do i just put the disk in and go from there or is there something I need to do prior to putting the disk in??

An iLife dmg should appear on your desktop or in finder. Just click the install icon, and it should work.

I get that but I'm not sure if I'm supposed to back everything up first or is it ok to just insert the disc and follow the instructions from there????

Its a program, not an operating system. You'll be fine without a backup. But if you're paranoid, I guess it never hurts.

And yes, put the disc in and follow the instructions.
