iLife '11 - how do I know if it's installed?

guys,

ordered the iLife 11 upgrade DVD and banged it into the machine - it went through the install procedure and then said it was successful.

However.......it doesn't seem to look any different - the icons in the dock look the same and outwardly there doesn't seem to be any difference to what was on before?

iMovie says it is version 9.0 and garage band version 6.0 - are these in fact the correct '11 versions?

I guess I was expecting it to be somehow more different!

Those are the correct versions for iLife 11. Both Garageband and iMovie have seen additional features rather than new UI functionality. Most of the UI changes have gone into iPhoto mainly with its full screen mode.
