No guarantee it will be released, I believe February is the tradition.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say 2010

They tend to announce it in January and ship it later. If memory serves me, and it frequently doesn't, they have skipped a year once so there's no guarantee that we'll see iLife 2010 in 2010

If they are following a pattern, it'll be August 2010.

Actually iLife '08 has been the only none-January release. And the only one out of pattern.
