Hmmm, I just updated Pages and it was still low-res. I had to Get Info on Pages.app and manually uncheck the Open in Low Resolution checkbox before it worked. I thought it would do that automatically but I guess we have to do it ourselves.

UPDATE: The download just finished and I tried mine. I opened it and it looked hi-res. I looked at get info for it and the low-res box was already unchecked. Go figure. Thanks for the tip though.

Weird, I just updated Keynote now and had to do the low-res fix manually for that too. Oh well, at least we both have retina versions now regardless of how we got there.
 
Is it just me, or is GarageBand most definitely not Retina-enabled yet?

It is most definitely NOT. Just saw this when people said iLife was updated (which would've included Garageband). Not a big deal though it still looks fine.
