iLife and iWork Suite Versions

With iLife and iWork branding out Pages, iMovie, GarageBand, etc with no version number in the iOS store and MAS, will there just be one version that gets updates indefinitely? Or will Pages 2011 come out eventually and you'll have to re-purchase the latest major changes?
 
Apple's never done free updates to major new iLife and iWork releases, so I doubt it. And it still lists the versions on the MAS.
