iLife App Store?

I purchased the boxed version of iLife when it first came out. I opened the App Store on my Mac to day and it says I can install and that I purchased it on Dec, 27th, 2011? But I never purchased it on the App Store? Wasn't available then? I don't remember seeing this before, is this new?

I just pulled up my emails and lt looks like I purchased a family pack in October of 2010?

Did you buy a new computer? The iLife apps that come on the new computers get registered to your Mac App Store account.

Ahhhh, that must be it. I purchased my wife a MacBookAir for Christmas. Should have realized that!
