iLife apps + Mac App Store help!

I just got my rMBP and neglected to sign into an account when setting it up. I updated to the Mountain Lion GM release. Now when I try to download iLife app updates from the App Store, it tells me that my Apple ID doesn't have those apps

What do I do to get them on there?

I tried registering my rMBP online [https://register.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/GlobaliReg.woa] but it doesn't recognize the serial number. There's no option for a rMBP yet, just 15.4" MBP.

Try downloading the update dmg files straight from Apple Support page.

Or doing a fresh install with the internet recovery, then re-register the laptop again

How did this pan out OP? I managed to register on the apple web site but haven't installed MLGM yet. I also didn;t register when I first booted the computer as I had no internet connection at that time.

I ended up emailing the iTunes Store. They escalated me up to a manager, who gave me codes for all three apps.
