I'd like to burn a DVD of a movie I recorded, and I want to burn it so that when it's inserted into a computer or dvd player, it just goes right into play the movie - I don't want any fancy menu or chapter stuff involved. Is there a way to do this with iMovie or iDvd or something else that's already on my Mac? I googled it, but most of the answers involve one of the burning programs that cost money, or involve burning a DVD image - it's a .mov file and when I googled how to change it to an .iso it seemed very confusing and like it might be quite a bit of work.

Cool. Couldn't find kiosk mode (does iDvd even call it that?) but googled that phrase and found that a "one step dvd from file" was what I wanted. It's burning right now, thanks for the help.

i know it refers to it as that in the help file as i wanted to burn a similar disc a few months ago. that is all i remembered from that "project"
