I'm entering a PSA contest for a scholarship, and the rules state that the video "may not contain any work (in whole or in part) which is the subject of a copyright or infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party." I was wondering, if I included a bit of music from the iLife Sound Effects if I would be breaking this rule?

If so, is there anything I can do to be able to use these bits in my video without breaking this rule?
