ILife Sound Effects problem

Hello all, all the sound folders are empty on my 2011 MBA with snow leopard.

They were there yesterday when i was using iMovie, now the folders are all still there but no sound files in them. It's the same whether i view them in Finder or in iMovie.

How can i restore them?

Please help.
